Stop creating business 'comfort zones' and groups | Spread your wings.
We observe and analyse various industries we work within and have noticed an establishment of groups throughout the last two years.
Why? We ask. Is it because of fear? Are these individuals within these groups to generate extra sales? To intimidate competitors? Or is it purely because they admire the other individuals within these business 'comfort zone' groups?
Whatever the reason, our team believe that creating a group as a comfort zone is a minefield that any individual should avoid, because ultimately if you or they receive a complaint, your business reputation/and services will suffer.
And why should other professionals who work within the same industry or expertise be alienated by these 'comfort zone' groups, when other professionals could offer better services?
To summarise, take time to reflect, and if you are an individual (or business) who creates business 'comfort zone' groups, consider the individuals you alienate and give them a chance. Rotate/network and listen to the individuals who are keen to get to know you better too.
